Located in Firebaugh, CA, TomaTek’s® process begins with fresh, high quality, California tomatoes.  Individual receiving systems keep the tomato varieties separated while sorting teams, aided by electronic color sorters, select only the best fruit for processing.

TomaTek’s® aseptic system moves tomatoes through the cooking process faster.  By reducing the time that our products are exposed to elevated temperatures, we retain brighter color and more consistent texture & flavor.
