We were delighted when we stumbled upon this fantastic video from GVTY Studios featuring The Edge Pizza from Plymouth Massachusetts. Chef Aaron carefully, efficiently and consistently produces in-demand Detroit-style pizzas for his local community and beyond. It’s a pleasure to watch and learn about his process in the kitchen and hear him speak about his journey as a restauranteur.
